| Welcome!
Diamond Flyfishers is located 50 miles northwest of Laramie, Wyoming
on the historic Diamond Ranch. A year-round working cattle ranch situated
at the foot of the Snowy Range, the "Diamond" offers a peaceful
and scenic setting. The Club has exclusive access to two lakes on the
ranch, the Big Pierce and the Little Pierce reservoirs. The Big Pierce
covers about 200 surface acres at a maximum depth of 45 feet and contains
brook trout, cutbows, rainbows, Donaldson Rainbows, and large browns up
to 12 pounds. The Little Pierce, at nine surface acres, is well stocked
with large rainbow, cutbow, and brown trout.
The
Club Experience
We are only 4 miles off the pavement but it seems much farther. The lakes
are at the end of a private road which guarantees seclusion. The ranch
is home to abundant wildlife, however, so you may encounter deer, antelope,
golden and bald eagles, great blue herons, cinnamon and blue wing teal,
mallards and more.
